Kiss Me Heroine Eyeliner,A Holy Grail

Enter an eyeliner fit for an heroine with the long name "Kiss Me Heroine Make Smooth Liquid Eyeliner".
The packaging reminds me of saccharine animes from when I was small like "Lady Oscar"&"Candy,Candy":D

In my opinion this will fit both those who want a needle thin,almost invisible line over the lashes and those who want strong cat looks for stage with perfect,sharp edges.

My 2 other favorite pen style liquid liners have included Koji´s Dolly Wink and K-Palette Real Lasting 24h Eyeliner (links lead to good reviews w. swatches) but my favorite is the Kiss Me Heroine.
It doesn´t budge from sweating,in rain or even from crying.*

Difference in lining thickness when pressing quite firm.Upper is Revlon Colorstay Liquid Liner,lower is the Kiss Me liner.The applicator of Revlon´s liner is a felt tip pen,the Kiss Me is a tightly gathered(glued?)brush.

What is wrong with the western brands eyeliners in pens then?
1.The pens are so thick that those who like a fine line have to struggle.
2.The pigmentation is often very blah,more watery than the colors it´s supposed to be.
Having to go over a line you made several time to reach pigmentation irritates me.
3.They dry very slow.
4.The thin consistency of the formulas makes the liner run into lines and crevices,giving an uneven line,much looking like the much feared "lipstick running into wrinkles around lip"-look.
5.They just don´t stay put through heat,sweat and tears.
6.The little color you have managed to build up fades over only 6-8 hours.

*Author doesn´t tear up pretty like a heroine with large crystal teardrops.Author gets swollen,running nose whenever sad,but eyeliner will stay immaculate and distract from said nose.

Outstanding YouTube channels of makeup artists

YouTube är ett perfekt medium för två av mina stora intressen;dans och makeup.Jag brukar dela klipp i undervisningssyfte i min elevgrupp på Facebook,och tänkte börja tipsa om de kanaler jag tycker är mest intressanta för makeup idag.
En killkompis mailade och frågade efter skräckinspiration till halloween,och ni dansöser vill alla ha tips på scensmink...så jag börjar med Kinderägget Petrilude,en helt autodidakt(självlärd) kille på 26 som delar med sig av allt från skräck till glamour:)

Roligt nog verkar det som om denna blogg blir läst,eftersom jag fick ungefär 20 PM på Facebook om ämnen att ta upp...de flesta av er ville hellre läsa på svenska än på engelska,så jag slår väl om nästan från början...

Idag tänkte jag snabbt visa en av Top 50 i sminklådan-lösfransar från Model 21 i modellen X-11.

Fransar i storpack?
De flesta dansare jag känner som använder lösögonfransar(Ett MÅSTE för scen.Amen!) regelbundet har vanan att införskaffa dessa inför gig i singelförpackning från Åhléns,Kicks etc.
Men det är mycket mer ekonomiskt att köpa fransar i storförpackning,speciellt om man är medlem i en dansgrupp,eller uppträder mycket...de flesta fransar av den här typen säljs i 10-pack som kostar ca.100.- inklusive frakt.

Eftersom Ardell´s Demi Wispies är mina absoluta favoriter(ser ganska naturliga ut på nära håll,gör ändå stor skillnad på långt håll)tog jag nr X-11.

I jämförelse med Ardell´s nr 116.

Eftersom jag är för lat för att sminka mig idag för att visa er hur de ser ut på länkar jag till  Tiffy och Tina Marie som recenserat dom mer djupgående.

Negativt:De har en viss "glans"som gör att de är direkt olämpliga att använda på gig i dagsljus,lite stelare att handskas med än tex Ardell´s.
Positivt:Perfekta scenfransar,fantastiska med tanke på priset!
(Om du köper på Ebay slipper du Model 21´s krav på att köpa 3 boxar för att de ska posta internationellt)

Model 21´s lashes #X-11 are very economic considering they will only set you back 7.95-14.95$ for ten pairs(free US shipping for 3 or more boxes) .Nr X-11 style is very similar to Ardell´s Demi Wispies.

Cons:Lash bone is slightly stiffer than Ardell´s,and they have a certain shine to them that makes them look artificial in daylight.
Pros:These are perfect for troupes,or if you have many gigs a month.Great for the price!
